Tailored Estates

The general contractor

One licensed contractor is responsible for the agreement, the City process, and the completed home.

A general contractor is the party named on the construction contract, the permit, lender draws, and the warranty. That accountability is the service. Construction methods remain internal to the project and are not published as marketing content.

What you are retaining

Four responsibilities that belong with the contractor, not the owner.

Single point of accountability

If a deficiency appears, you should not mediate among separate trades. You should have one New Mexico–licensed contractor responsible for the completed work.

Permits, inspections, and draws

Approvals and construction disbursements follow a required sequence. Coordinating that sequence is part of the contractor’s scope so the owner is not required to manage it.

A defined schedule

A typical home is planned for approximately six months from agreement to occupancy, subject to lot readiness, size, and financing.

Warranty after occupancy

The completed house is warranted as a whole. You are not left to reconcile separate trade warranties after you move in.

Why Tailored Estates

Homes from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet, built to suit and to a consistent standard.

We build in three Rio Rancho styles—Spanish Eclectic, Desert Contemporary, and Hacienda courtyard—from 1,000 to 2,500 heated square feet. Size follows the family. The work is defined by the architecture and continued access to the contractor after closing.

Internal pricing, trade assignments, and construction sequencing are not published. Clients receive a private budget, a clear timeline, and a residence designed for this climate and this city.

Next step

A consultation, a project budget, and a proposed schedule.
